Nathaniel Elcock

Nathaniel works as our National Co-ordinator. He works from York, although he travels around a fair amount to meetings and branches. He is the only full-time employee of YL. His role involves supporting the branches, designing and producing the magazines, running holidays and beach missions, supporting YL students at university, overseeing the Invest course and implementing decisions from National Council and other meetings.

Rachel Brown

Rachel works as our administrator and is responsible for many areas of the YL administration. She became a Christian through the work of YL in the Leicester branch and has continued involvement in YL.

Here is her story:

I grew up in Leicester and as a teenager, I met a girl at school who invited me to the local YL branch. That was the first time I had met Christians. I attended regularly and learnt a lot about the Christian life and what it meant to me. At 17 I put my trust in Christ and began to follow Him, with the help of many people from both YL and church. I went to Leeds to train as a nurse and then returned to Leicester to work. I married Simon and we now have 3 children: Fiona, Kezia and Philip. I enjoy working for YL as I have gained so much from it in the past.
